Comments and reply comments are due 45 and 60 days, respectively, after publication of the summary of the Second FNPRM in the Federal Register. Publication of this summary in the Federal Register occurred on November 21, 2014. 2 Accordingly, comments are due on January 5, 2015, and reply comments are due on January 20, 2015. Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.415, 1.419, interested parties may file comments and reply comments on or before the respective dates indicated above. Comments and reply comments may be filed using the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS). 3 ?
