Fields filed an answer on March 26, 2014, and Gray filed a reply on April 3, 2014.1 As part of an FCC field agent’s visit to Fields Cable TV on September 17 and 18, 2014, the field agent determined that Fields continued to carry stations WYMT-TV and WKYT-TV. On November 20, 2014, Gray filed with the Commission a request that the Commission dismiss the complaint because the parties have settled their dispute. In view of the foregoing, we grant Gray’s request. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the complaint in the above-referenced proceeding IS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and that the above-referenced proceeding IS TERMINATED. 1 These pleadings were timely filed following the Media Bureau’s tolling of the filing deadlines to facilitate settlement negotiations. 2This action is taken under delegated authority pursuant to Section 0.283 of the Commission’s rules.2 Sincerely, Steven A.
