Dismissal S2389SAT-MSC-20101102-00232 PanAmSat Licensee Corp. On December 18, 2014, the Satellite Division dismissed PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s petition to retain authority to operate a satellite in the 11.7-12.2 GHz, and 14.0-14.5 GHz frequency bands at the 43° W.L. orbital location. Issues related to this request will be addressed in connection with Intelsat's pending application to operate a satellite at 43.1° W.L. See IBFS File No. SAT-RPL-20140221-00026. INFORMATIVE S2887SAT-LOA-20121025-00187 Intelsat License LLC On December 18, 2014, the Satellite Division determined that Intelsat License LLC met the launch and operation milestone associated with the Intelsat 30 space station (Call Sign S2887) at the 95.05° W.L. orbital location. The Satellite Division previously determined that Intelsat had met the first three milestones for this space station. Consequently, Intelsat may release the bond associated with Call Sign S2887, as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order, and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004). On December 18, 2014, the Satellite Division determined that DG Consents Sub, Inc. has satisfied all four milestone conditions associated with the authorization for its WorldView-3 earth exploration satellite (enter into a binding non-contingent construction contract, complete Critical Design Review, begin construction of the satellite, and launch the satellite and begin operation).
