DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC
Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service
On March 12, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to modify the authorization
for its DIRECTV KU-79W geostationary-satellite orbit space station.  DIRECTV was authorized to construct, launch, and operate DIRECTV
KU-79W, as modified, to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands at the 78.8º W.L. orbital location instead of its previously authorized 79.0º W.L. orbital position.  DIRECTV was also authorized to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary to operate DIRECTV KU-79W at the 78.8° W.L. orbital location using the
following center frequencies:  11.704 GHz and 11.705 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.005 GHz and 14.495 GHz (Earth-to-space).

Special Temporary Authority
Intelsat License LLC
On March 12, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days,
to continue to: (1) provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 702 in inclined orbit mode at the 32.9° E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary
to maintain Intelsat 702 at 32.9° E.L. using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz and 3952.0 MHz
(space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).
