S2861SAT-MOD-20130718-00096 E Effective Date: 03/12/2014Grant of Authority Modification DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service On March 12, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to modify the authorization for its DIRECTV KU-79W geostationary-satellite orbit space station. DIRECTV was authorized to construct, launch, and operate DIRECTV KU-79W, as modified, to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 78.8º W.L. orbital location instead of its previously authorized 79.0º W.L. orbital position.
