GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, by extending the license expiration date from June 4, 2014, until
April 4, 2021.

Special Temporary Authority
Intelsat License LLC
On April 24, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 120 days,
to continue to:  (1) provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 5, in inclined orbit, at the 50.15° E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space); 10.70-10.95 GHz, 11.2-11.45 GHz, and 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 12.75-13.25
GHz and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain
Intelsat 5 at 50.15° E.L. using the following center frequencies: 14.498 GHz and 13.999 GHz (Earth-to-space); 11.451 GHz, 11.452 GHz, and
11.454 GHz (space-to-Earth).

(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the Intelsat 9 space
station at the 43.10° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7025 GHz (space- to-Earth),
14.4945 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 14.0005 GHz (Earth-to-space).
