However, the Public Notice had not yet been published in the Federal Register. The Public Notice was subsequently published in the Federal Register on May 29, 2014 with a new comment date revised to reflect a period of thirty days from the date of Federal Register publication, and a new reply comment date revised to reflect a period of 45 days from the date of Federal Register publication.3 This public notice announces those revised dates for comments and reply comments.
