The Video Division issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture (“NAL”) to Eternal Family Network based on its apparent violation of Section 73.3526(e)(11)(iii) of the Rules by failing to file timely with the Commission the Children’s Television Programming Reports for Station KEFN-CA.1 Based upon our review of the Licensee’s response and the facts and circumstances surrounding it, we hereby rescind the NAL and cancel the proposed forfeiture. II. BACKGROUND: 2. The NAL proposed a forfeiture of $3,000 based on the deficiencies the Licensee reported in its renewal application.2 The Licensee filed a timely response on March 12, 2014.3 In that response, the Licensee stated that it could not locate the original reports at the time of the filing of the renewal application but could now provide evidence, in the form of originally filed reports and/or confirmation submissions, that the reports were timely filed. Upon request, the Licensee submitted that supporting documentation. III. DISCUSSION 3. The Licensee’s showing demonstrates that all of the reports at issue were in fact originally filed within their respective filing deadlines. Based on the Licensee’s showing, we hereby rescind the NAL and cancel the forfeiture. IV. ORDERING CLAUSES 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture issued to Eternal Family Network is hereby RESCINDED and the proposed $3,000 forfeiture is CANCELLED. 1Eternal Family Network, Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture (Vid.
