Specifically, GVTC seeks a waiver “to include amounts owed to the Company by Halo Wireless, Inc. (“Halo”) in Fiscal Year 2011 in its Carrier Base Period Revenue.” 2 Pursuant to section1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.419, interested parties may file comments and replies on or before the dates indicated above.
