operations milestone applicable to the DIRECTV RB-2 Broadcasting Satellite Service authorization.  DIRECTV RB-2 is authorized to operate at
102.75° W.L. using the 17.3-17.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, at reduced power and without
full interference protection.

station-keeping maneuvers.

The Satellite Division has determined that Satélites Mexicanos, S.A. de C.V. has met the first three milestones - contract execution, critical
design review, and commence construction - associated with its grant of market access for the Satmex 9 space station at 117° W.L. (Call
Sign S2926).  Accordingly, Satélites Mexicanos may reduce the amount of the bond to be filed under paragraph 5.a. of the conditions to its
grant of market access for Satmex 9 from $3 million to $750,000, as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station
Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd
10760 (2003); First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 C.F.R. § 25.165(d).
