On August 11, 2015, Sirius XM Radio Inc. filed an objection to the proposed license exchange, citing interference concerns.3 Pursuant to section 1.1200(a) of the Commission’s rules,4 the Commission may modify ex parte procedures in particular proceedings as the public interest so requires. We hereby announce that the above-referenced applications will be governed by permit-but-disclose ex parte procedures that are applicable to non-restricted proceedings under section 1.1206 of the Commission’s rules.5 Parties making oral ex parte presentations are directed to the Commission’s ex parte rules.
