1000 BIDDING PROCEDURES PUBLIC NOTICE

Petitions for Reconsideration Due: November 13, 2015
On August 11, 2015, the Commission released the Action 1000 Bidding Procedures Public 
Notice, establishing the bidding procedures for the broadcast incentive auction, which is scheduled to 
begin on March 29, 2016.

  The Commission published a summary of the Public Notice in the Federal 
Register on October 14, 2015.

  Pursuant to Rule 1.429(d), parties have thirty days from the date of 
publication in the Federal Register to file a petition for reconsideration.

  Accordingly, the deadline to file 
petitions for reconsideration of the Auction 1000 Bidding Procedures Public Notice is November 13, 
2015. As necessary, the Commission will provide notice of any petitions for reconsideration received and 
establish a pleading cycle for oppositions and replies.
