Petitions for Reconsideration Due:  November 30, 2015
On October 15, 2015, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released the Action 1000 
Application Procedures Public Notice, establishing the application procedures for the broadcast incentive 
auction, which is scheduled to begin on March 29, 2016.

  The Bureau published a summary of the Public 
Notice in the Federal Register on October 29, 2015.

  Pursuant to Rule 1.429(d), parties have thirty days 
from the date of publication in the Federal Register to file a petition for reconsideration.

  Accordingly, 
the deadline to file petitions for reconsideration of the Auction 1000 Application Procedures Public 
Notice is November 30, 2015. As necessary, the Bureau will provide notice of any petitions for 
reconsideration received and establish a pleading cycle for oppositions and replies.
