On November 5, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of SES Americom, Inc. to modify the authorization for the
AMC-6 space station at the 72° W.L. orbital location by extending the license term until November 22, 2023.  AMC-6 is authorized to provide
Fixed-Satellite Service at 72° W.L. in the 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth),
13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), 5.925-6.425 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 3.700-4.200 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.
