On November 12, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, to modify the license term
for the DIRECTV-5 space station to extend the license term until February 28, 2022.  DIRECTV is authorized to continue to operate
DIRECTV-5 at the 110.1° W.L. orbital location and to provide Direct Broadcast Service in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
