The workshop will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”). Agenda: ? Overview – The path to the reverse auction ? Step-by-step review of the “Application to Participate in the Reverse Incentive Auction” (FCC Form 177): o How to complete and submit the application o Submission of channel sharing agreements o Submission of ownership information ? Summary of the “Red Light” rule ? Relinquishment options ? Question & answer session We remind potential auction participants that the period for filing an application to participate in the reverse auction portion of the broadcast incentive auction will open at noon ET on December 8, 2015, and close at 6:00 p.m. ET on January 12, 2016. Applications must be submitted prior to the close of the filing period. The workshop will be held in the Commission Meeting Room at FCC Headquarters in Washington, DC, and is open to the public. All attendees are advised to arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the workshop to allow sufficient time to go through the security process for admission to FCC Headquarters. Attendees are encouraged to pre-register by submitting their names and company affiliations via email to auction1001@fcc.gov in order to expedite the check-in process the day of the event. Please use “Reverse Auction Workshop” as the subject line in your email. The workshop will also be streamed live with open captioning over the Internet from the FCC’s web page at www.fcc.gov/live. During the event, those watching the live video stream of the event may email event-related questions to auction1001@fcc.gov. After the event, a recording of the workshop will be available for streaming. The email address auction1001@fcc.gov will remain available for questions.
