Special Temporary Authority
Intelsat License LLC
On November 25, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 180
days to:  (1) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the Intelsat 16 space station at the 58.1° W.L. orbital
position using the following center frequencies:  14.4995 GHz and 13.9975 GHz (Earth-to-space); 12.19825 GHz and 12.19875 GHz
(space-to-Earth); and (2) provide fixed-satellite service via the Intelsat 16 space station at 58.1° W.L. in the 10.7-11.45 GHz, 11.7-12.2 GHz,
12.75-13.25 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.0 GHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On November 25, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 180
days to:  (1) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command  operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 805 space station from the 55.5° W.L. orbital
location to the 169.0° E.L. orbital location and to maintain the Intelsat 805 space station (Call Sign S2404) at the 169.0° E.L. orbital location
using the following center frequencies:  3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3950 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 12.501 GHz (space-to-Earth),
and 6173.7 MHz, and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space); and (2) provide fixed-satellite service  via Intelsat 805 at 169.0° E.L. in the 3400-4200
MHz (space-to-Earth), 5850-6650 MHz (Earth-to-space), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands.
