On February 5, 2015, the Satellite Division determined that O3b Limited has satisfied the milestone condition associated with the grant of
its NGSO satellite system, to commence operations of its four new space stations before January 22, 2016.  The four satellites commenced
operations on January 26, 2015.   See Letter to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC from Joseph A. Godles, Counsel for O3b Limited (Jan.
27, 2015).  Accordingly, O3b Limited is not required to file a bond as set forth in Section 25.165 of the Commission's rules.
