On March 12, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of DISH Operating L.L.C. to construct, launch, and operate a
geostationary orbit space station, to be known as EchoStar 18, at the 109.9° W.L. orbital location.  DISH is authorized to provide Direct
Broadcast Satellite Service, using the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.  This grant also
authorizes DISH to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain EchoStar 18 at the 109.9° W.L. orbital location
using the following center frequencies:  12.695 GHz, 12.696 GHz, 12.203 GHz, and 12.204 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 17.303 GHz
(Earth-to-space).  In addition, DISH may conduct command operations in the 17.791-17.796 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band.

Satellite Division revised and corrected the grant on February 11, 2015, and again on March 12, 2015, with respect to condition 11 of the grant,
which addresses changes to the orbital positions of O3b Limited's non-active satellites.
