The agenda for the 700 MHz meeting includes: ? Call to Order ? Introductions ? Old business ? New Business o FCC mandate for Plan updates pertaining to the 24 additional general pool channels for T-band users, the trunking channel option, and air to ground channels o Region 20 request for concurrence o Region 39 request for concurrence ? Other business ? Adjourn Following the 700 MHz RPC meeting, the 800 MHz NPSPAC RPC will convene at 2:00 p.m. in the same location. The agenda for the 800 MHz meeting includes: ? Call to Order ? Introductions ? Old business o Final 800MHz Plan for approval, notification process to the Region and adjoining Regions ? New business o Spotsylvania request ? Other business 1 The Region 20 RPC covers the following Virginia jurisdictions: Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William and Stafford Counties; and Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park Cities. 2? Adjourn Both Region 42 Public Safety RPCs’ meetings are open to the public. All eligible public safety providers in Region 42 may utilize these frequencies. It is essential that eligible public safety agencies in all areas of government, including state, municipality, county, and Native American Tribal be represented in order to ensure that each agency’s future spectrum needs are considered in the allocation process. Administrators who are not oriented in the communications field should delegate someone with this knowledge to attend, participate, and represent their agency’s needs. All interested parties wishing to participate in planning for the use of public safety spectrum in the 700 MHz and 800 MHz bands within Region 42 should plan to attend.
