On April 30, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to modify its authorization for its
Fixed-Satellite Service Ka-band space station, DIRECTV 10, to permit the space station to operate at the 102.85° W.L. orbital location, instead
of its currently authorized orbital location at 102.815° W.L.  DIRECTV 10 will continue to operate in the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) and
the 28.35-28.60 GHz and 29.25-29.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

XM Radio LLC
On April 30, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to XM Radio LLC for a period of 180 days, to
continue to perform telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift its Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space
station, XM-1, from the 115.25º W.L. orbital location to the 39° W.L. orbital location in preparation for deorbit maneuvers, using the following
center frequencies: 2339.2 MHz, 2339.7 MHz, 2344.0 MHz, 2344.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 7049.0 MHz and 7074.0 MHz (Earth-to-space).

The Satellite Division has determined that DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC has met the first three milestones - contract execution, critical
design review, and commence construction - associated with its authorization for the DIRECTV KU-79W space station (Call Sign S2861)
and may reduce the bond amount by $2,250,000 as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and
Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003);
Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order,
IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 C.F.R. § 25.165(d). Accordingly, DIRECTV may reduce its bond to a value of
$750,000.

On April 30, 2015, the Satellite Division designated the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the
Commission's rules governing ex parte communications.  We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will facilitate
communications with the parties on topics of broadly applicable policy.  Thus, we designate IBFS File Nos. SAT-MOD-20140730-00089,
as amended by SAT-AMD-20150219-00006, as "permit-but-disclose," effective April 30, 2015.  See 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206 and
1.1208 note 2.
