Dear Mr. Teslik and Mr. King:
On May 8, 2015, Gray Television Licensee, LLC (“Gray”) filed a complaint alleging that Spirit 
Broadband, LLC had retransmitted the signal for station WVLT-TV, Knoxville, Tennessee without 
Gray’s consent since January 1, 2015.  On June 23, 2015, Gray filed with the Commission a request that 
the Commission dismiss the complaint because the parties have settled their dispute.  In view of the 
foregoing, we grant Gray’s request.
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the complaint in the above-referenced proceeding IS DISMISSED 
WITH PREJUDICE and that the above-referenced proceeding IS TERMINATED.  
This action is taken under delegated authority pursuant to Section 0.283 of the Commission’s rules.1
