On June 23, 2015, Gray filed with the Commission a request that the Commission dismiss the complaint because the parties have settled their dispute. In view of the foregoing, we grant Gray’s request. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the complaint in the above-referenced proceeding IS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and that the above-referenced proceeding IS TERMINATED.
