On June 16, 2015, the Commission released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”)
proposing to preserve one vacant television channel in the UHF television band in each area of the United 
States for shared use by white space devices and wireless microphones.

  The Commission set deadlines 
for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after publication of the NPRM in 
the Federal Register.

The summary of the NPRM was published in the Federal Register on July 2, 2015.

  Accordingly, 
comments will be due on or before August 3, 2015, and reply comments on or before August 31, 2015.  
Commenters should follow the filing instructions provided in paragraph 52 of the NPRM.
