Intelsat License LLC
On July 16, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 16 space station from the 79.0° W.L. orbital location to the
76.2° W.L. orbital location and to maintain the space station upon its arrival at 76.2° W.L. using the following center frequencies:  14.4995 GHz
and 13.9975 GHz (Earth-to-space); 12.19825 GHz and 12.19875 GHz (space-to-Earth).  Intelsat was also granted special temporary authority to
provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 16 at the 76.2° W.L. orbital location in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

The Satellite Division has determined that Hughes Network Systems, LLC has met the third milestone - Commence Construction -
associated with its grant of U.S. market access for a geostationary-orbit satellite at the 97.1° W.L. orbital location (Call Sign S2834) and
may reduce the bond amount by $750,000.000 as provided in Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and
Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003);
Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order,
IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 C.F.R. § 25.165(d). Accordingly, Hughes may reduce the bond to a value of
$750,000.
