By the Chief, Competition Policy Division, Wireline Competition Bureau:
1. The Eleventh Broadband Progress Notice of Inquiry set dates for filing comments and 
reply comments of September 8 and September 23, 2015, respectively.

2. To ensure that members of the public have sufficient time to respond to the numerous and 
complex issues raised in the Eleventh Broadband Progress Notice of Inquiry, the Competition Policy 
Division of the Wireline Competition Bureau, on its own motion, hereby extends the comment and reply 
comment deadlines by one week.  Accordingly, interested parties now have until Tuesday, September 15, 
2015 to file comments, and Wednesday, September 30, 2015 to file reply comments.  
3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 4(i), 4(j), 5(c), and 303(r) of the 
Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 154(i), 154(j), 155(c), 303(r), section 706 of the 
Telecommunications Act of 1996, as amended, 47 U.S.C. § 1302, section 103(b) of the Broadband Data 
Improvement Act, 47 U.S.C. § 1303(b), and sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. 
§§ 0.91, 0.291, the filing deadlines as described above ARE EXTENDED. 
4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to section 1.102(b)(1) of the Commission’s 
rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.102(b)(1), this Order SHALL BE EFFECTIVE upon release.
