On December 29, 2014, Time Warner Cable, Inc., the franchised cable operator serving several communities in Massachusetts, appealed a local rate order adopted by of the Department of Telecommunications and Cable, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.1 On November 17, 2016, Charter Communications, Inc. on behalf of Time Warner, Inc. filed a Motion to Withdraw both the appeal and the associated petition for stay filed on January 8, 2015.2 As there are no longer any rate disputes at issue, we dismiss Time Warner Cable, Inc.’s appeal. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Appeal of Local Rate Order filed by Time Warner Cable, Inc. on December 29, 2014 and the Petition for Immediate Stay of Local Rate Order filed on January 8, 2015, ARE DISMISSED. 3.
