1. On November 28, 2016, Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, on behalf of its 
subsidiaries and affiliates (“Comcast”) filed a Motion to Withdraw its Petition for Special Relief in the 
above-referenced proceeding.1 Comcast asserts that good cause exists for granting this request, as it will 
relieve the Commission of having to resolve the market modification dispute at issue.2 In view of the 
foregoing, we grant Comcast’s Motion to Withdraw its Petition.
2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 4(i) of the Communications Act of 
1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. § 154(i), and Sections 0.61, 0.283 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 
0.61, 0.283, that the Motion to Withdraw filed by Comcast Communications, LLC, on behalf of its 
subsidiaries and affiliates, IS GRANTED.
