Notice to Participants in February 16, 2016 Meeting for Prospective Spectrum Access 
System Administrators and Environmental Sensing Capability Operators:
Plan in the Event of Federal Government Closure or Delay
On February 16, 2016, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and Office of Engineering and 
Technology are hosting a meeting for prospective Spectrum Access System Administrators and 
Environmental Sensing Capability operators.

  Due to inclement weather in the Washington, 
D.C. metro area, WTB and OET are notifying parties intending to participate in the meeting of 
the potential for postponement in the event that Federal Government offices are closed or are 
subject to a delayed opening on February 16, 2016.
Specifically, if the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) announces that Federal Government 
offices in the Washington, D.C. area are closed on February 16, 2016, or if OPM announces a 
delayed opening of any amount of time, the meeting will be postponed until a date announced in 
a subsequent Public Notice.
