Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and Office of Engineering and Technology 
Announce Rescheduled Meeting for Prospective Spectrum Access System Administrators 
and Environmental Sensing Capability Operators:
To Take Place February 29, 2016
On February 29, 2016, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) and Office of 
Engineering and Technology (OET) are hosting a meeting for prospective Spectrum Access 
System (SAS) Administrators and Environmental Sensing Capability (ESC) operators.

meeting was originally scheduled for February 16, 2016, but was postponed due to inclement 
weather in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

As previously discussed in the SAS/ESC Meeting Announcement, the purpose of this meeting is 
to provide a forum for discussion of the proposal submission process and an opportunity to 
address questions raised by prospective SAS Administrators and ESC operators.  Participants are 
reminded that WTB and OET will only address questions related to the SAS or ESC 
requirements or the process for reviewing proposals. The meeting will be webcast and the video 
record of the meeting will be placed in the record in GN Docket No. 15-319.

considering filing a proposal to be an SAS Administrator or ESC operator, and is open to 
the public. We ask all interested organizations to limit their attendance to two participants
