CHAIRMAN WHEELER NAMES SIX MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 
UNIVERSAL SERVICE ADMINISTRATIVE COMPANY 
CC Docket Nos. 96-45, 97-21 
Chairman Tom Wheeler hereby appoints six members to the Board of Directors of the Universal 
Service Administrative Company (USAC).  In a public notice released October 16, 2015, the Wireline 
Competition Bureau solicited nominations for the Board member positions listed below in accordance 
with section 54.703(c) of the Commission’s rules.

Chairman Wheeler appoints the following persons to the USAC Board of Directors:
? Hon. Ronald A. Brisé, Commissioner, Florida Public Service Commission.

? Alan Buzacott, Executive Director, Regulatory Affairs, Verizon Communications, Inc.;

? Brent Fontana, Director of Network Development and Strategy, Zayo;
