This workshop will explore marketplace obstacles that affect the provision of independent and diverse programming to consumers. A more detailed agenda is forthcoming. The workshop will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at FCC Headquarters, 445 12th Street, SW, Washington DC, 20554.
