In addition, ATIS/SNAC suggests that it and Somos, the toll free administrator, develop number rationing rules when exhaust predictions indicate that number utilization is proceeding faster than expected. 1 Pursuant to section 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR § 1.419, interested parties may file comments and reply comments on or before the dates indicated above.
