INFORMATIVE S2115SAT-MOD-20171020-00141 Globalstar Licensee LLC On October 31, 2017, Globalstar Licensee LLC was authorized, pursuant to section 25.118(f) of the Commission's rules, to commence repositioning of the remaining space stations of its first-generation non-geostationary mobile-satellite service system within their respective orbital planes. Globalstar must comport its space station operations with the orbital parameters specified in its modification application.
