On January 6, 2017, the Media Bureau issued, on delegated authority, two decisions that resolved complaints in the above-captioned proceedings. 1 We conclude that those matters are more appropriately addressed at the Commission level. Thus, on our own motion and pursuant to our existing authority under section 1.113 of the Commission’s rules, we hereby set aside those actions. 2 The complaints will be returned to pending status and considered by the Commission. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to sections 0.283 and 1.113 of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR §§ 0.283 and 1.113, the Memorandum Opinion and Order (DA 17-14) and Order (DA 17-15) issued on January 6, 2017, ARE SET ASIDE. 3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to section 1.102(b)(1) of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR § 1.102(b)(1), this Order SHALL BE EFFECTIVE upon release.
