The BDAC is organized under, and operates in accordance with, the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). 3 Under the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Commission is responsible for oversight of the BDAC, including its subcommittees and working groups. 4 As a result, FCC staff or Commissioners may participate in or attend meetings or other activities held by both the BDAC and its subcommittees and working groups.
