CHAIRMAN PAI ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF A NEW MEMBER OF THE 
BROADBAND DEPLOYMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE

This Public Notice serves as notice that, consistent with the Federal Advisory Committee Act,

Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) Chairman Ajit Pai has appointed Andy 
Huckaba to serve on the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee (BDAC).  Mr. Huckaba will serve 
on the BDAC as a representative of the City of Lenexa, Kansas, where he is a member of the City 
Council.  Mr. Huckaba also serves as Vice-Chair of the FCC’s Intergovernmental Advisory Committee.
