On March 24, 2017, the Commission adopted a Report and Order in GN Docket No. 12-268 and 
MB Docket Nos. 03-185 and 15-137 implementing rules for channel sharing outside of the incentive 
auction context.

On July 25, 2017, and July 26, 2017, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) 
approved the Commission’s Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) submissions associated with this 
proceeding.  Today, the Federal Register published OMB’s approval,

and the effective date of these rule
and form changes will be August 10, 2017.
