Technical issues with the Media Bureau’s Licensing and Management System (LMS) briefly interrupted some multichannel video programming distributors’ (MVPDs) ability to file initial reimbursement cost estimates on FCC Form 2100 Schedule 399 (Form 399). 1 The filing deadline was therefore temporarily suspended for MVPDs. We are now able to resume accepting Form 399 submissions from MVPD filers. 2. MVPDs that have not yet submitted their Form 399 must do so no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, August 25, 2017. As long as a Form 399 is received by that date, the information submitted in the MVPD’s Form 399 will be considered in the initial allocation of reimbursement funds. 2 3.
