This Public Notice presents the necessary details for interested parties and the general public to participate in the webinar as well as instructions for later viewing. The workshop will be streamed live with open captioning over the Internet. The web address, login, and dial-in information can be found on the “CAF II Auction Process Webinar” event page: https://www.fcc.gov/news-events/events/2017/09/caf-ii-auction-process-webinar. During the event, those watching the live video stream of the event may email questions to auction903@fcc.gov. Participation in the webinar is not a pre-requisite for participating in the proceeding or for applying to bid in the auction, but we strongly encourage potential applicants to view the event.
