Stations must file quarterly reports starting with the first full quarter after release of the Closing and Channel Reassignment Public Notice on April 13, 2017. 2 The first filing deadline is October 10, 2017, and progress reports must provide information regarding steps stations have taken toward construction of their post-auction facilities during the calendar quarter July 1 through September 30, 2017.
