Dear Counsel:
By letter dated June 9, 2017, the Wireline Competition Bureau advised you that it was pausing
the Commission's informal 180-day clock for review of the above-referenced transaction as of that date.
The letter indicated we would restart the clock once the Commission had had an adequate opportunity to
complete its review of additional, supplemental materials supplied by the Applicants pursuant to our
information requests.
By letter dated Friday, October 6, 2017, Applicants informed the Commission that they have
fulfilled their obligations to provide responsive information to the Commission in connection with its
requests in this docket,' and because most of the supplemental materials had been provided before then,
we were able to complete our review of those materials on that date. Accordingly, we are restarting the
informal 180-day clock as of Friday, October 6, 2017, making that date Day 170 of the Commission's
review.
