ORDER

By the Senior Deputy Chief, Policy Division, Media Bureau:

1. On various dates, the New Jersey Division of Rate Counsel (Rate Counsel) filed an Application for Review (collectively, the Applications) in each of the above-captioned proceedings, in which the Media Bureau made a determination of effective competition. The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities jointly filed the Application for Review in CSR Nos. 6108-E, 6169-E, and 6176-E.
  On September 24, 2018, Rate Counsel filed a letter withdrawing with prejudice the Applications. Letter from Stefanie A. Brand, Director, Division of Rate Counsel, to Marlene Dortch, Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, Re: New Jersey Division of Rate Counsel Request for Withdrawal of Pending Applications for Review of Cable Effective Competition Determinations (Sept. 24, 2018).
  We hereby grant Rate Counsel’s request.
2. Accordingly, the New Jersey Division of Rate Counsel’s Request for Withdrawal IS GRANTED and the Applications for Review in the above-captioned proceedings ARE DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
3. This action is taken pursuant to authority delegated by Section 0.283 of the Commission’s rules. 47 CFR § 0.283.
