On various dates, the New Jersey Division of Rate Counsel (Rate Counsel) filed an Application for Review (collectively, the Applications) in each of the above-captioned proceedings, in which the Media Bureau made a determination of effective competition. The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities jointly filed the Application for Review in CSR Nos. 6108-E, 6169-E, and 6176-E. On September 24, 2018, Rate Counsel filed a letter withdrawing with prejudice the Applications. Letter from Stefanie A.
