On September 4, 2008, the Commission released the Fourth Report and Order in the above-captioned docket.Carriage of Digital Television Broadcast Signals: Amendment to Part 76 of the Commission’s Rules, Report and Order, 23 FCC Rcd 13618 (2008) (exempting certain cable systems from the requirement to carry high definition versions of broadcast signals after the digital television transition) (Report and Order). On November 17, 2008, the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) filed a Petition for Reconsideration of the Report and Order. Petition for Reconsideration of the National Association of Broadcasters, CS Docket No. 98-120 (filed Nov. 17, 2008). 2. Due to the passage of time, NAB has agreed to withdraw its petition.
