The enhanced, web-based software will, by providing greater system accessibility and reliability, improve the ability of Cellular licensees and applicants to conduct electronic licensing activities. As part of the enhanced functionality, ULS will now accommodate filings for Cellular systems that operate using a power spectral density (PSD) model. 1 Customers with questions regarding the ULS enhancements may contact the FCC Licensing Support via the web at https://www.fcc.gov/wireless/available-support-services, or by telephone at 1-877-480-3201 (select option #2).
