On February 15, 2018, Starz submitted a request to withdraw and dismiss its petitions with prejudice. 1 Starz states that it has entered into an agreement for carriage with Altice USA, Inc. 2 In view of this agreement, we grant Starz’s request to withdraw and dismiss its petitions with prejudice. 2.
