By the Chief, Media Bureau:
1. On January 8, 2018, Starz Entertainment, LLC (Starz) filed a Petition for Declaratory 
Ruling, Enforcement Order, and Further Relief, and on January 17, 2018 filed an Emergency Petition for 
Injunctive Relief.  On February 15, 2018, Starz submitted a request to withdraw and dismiss its petitions 
with prejudice.

  Starz states that it has entered into an agreement for carriage with Altice USA, Inc.

  In 
view of this agreement, we grant Starz’s request to withdraw and dismiss its petitions with prejudice. 
2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Starz’s request to withdraw and dismiss with 
prejudice its petitions IS GRANTED, that they are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, and that this 
proceeding IS TERMINATED.
3. This action is taken pursuant to authority delegated by Section 0.283 of the 
Commission’s rules.
