The webinar will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Agenda topics are: ? In-depth review of the channel study data and the assumptions described in the appendix released February 9, 2018; ? Question & Answer session with staff from the Video Division of the Media Bureau and the Office of Engineering and Technology.
