On February 1, 2008, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the above-captioned docket. 1 On July 9, 2008, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued a Notice stating that it disapproved of the information collection requirements associated with the 2008 Leased Access Order. 2 On August 26, 2008, on behalf of the United Church of Christ, Office of Communication, Inc. (UCC), the Media Access Project (MAP) filed a request that the Commission override the OMB Notice, and “that the Commission modify its calculation for leasing a full channel.” 3 2. Due to the passage of time, UCC has agreed to withdraw its request. Therefore, we are dismissing the request without prejudice. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the UCC request filed in this docket IS DISMISSED without prejudice. 4.
