EUTELSAT 172B will provide FSS using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.2-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. TT&C will be conducted using the following center frequencies: 11200.6 MHz and 12250.1 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 14499.8 MHz (Earth-to-space). INFORMATIVE S2155SAT-MOD-20150309-00010 SES Americom, Inc. On May 21, 2015, the Satellite Division granted a modification of the authorization for SES Americom, Inc.'s geostationary-satellite orbit AMC-7 space station to specify operation of AMC-7 at the 135° W.L. orbital location, rather than at its previously authorized location of 137° W.L. See IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20150309-00010. As a consequence of this relocation, SES is not operating, nor has it indicated any intent to operate, another space station that uses the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) or 5925-6425 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands at the 137° W.L. orbital location. These frequency bands at the 137° W.L. orbital location are now available for reassignment pursuant to the Commission's first-come, first-served licensing process effective 2:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. At that time, interested parties may file applications for new space stations, requests for market access by non-U.S. licensed space stations, modifications to licensed space stations, or amendments to pending applications taking this announcement into account. Applications filed prior to this date and time will be dismissed as premature, without prejudice to re-filing. Page 2 of 2
