The Public Notice set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 45 days after publication in the Federal Register. 2 On April 28, 2018, the Office of the Federal Register published a summary of the Public Notice and associated comment and reply comment dates. 3 Accordingly, comments must be filed on or before May 29, 2018; and reply comments must be filed on or before June 11, 2018. 4 The Public Notice sets forth the comment filing instructions.
