1. On April 27, 2018, South Dakota Network, LLC (SDN) by its counsel filed a Motion to 
Withdraw Petition for Expedited Declaratory Ruling in the above-referenced proceeding.

  SDN informed 
the Commission that it and other parties to a related South Dakota state court proceeding “satisfactorily 
resolved their disputes.”

  In view of the foregoing, we grant SDN’s motion and close this proceeding.
2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to section 4(i) of the Communications Act of 
1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. § 154(i), and sections 0.91, 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR §§ 
0.91, 0.291, that the Motion to Withdraw filed by South Dakota Network, LLC, IS GRANTED.  
3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that WC Docket No. 18-41 IS TERMINATED.
