June 5, 2018) (C4 NOI). The Commission sought comment on a proposal, based on a petition for rulemaking filed by SSR Communications, Inc., to create a new class of FM radio stations, Class C4, and to establish procedures for designating certain FM stations under section 73.215 of the rules. 47 CFR § 73.215. The C4 NOI set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after publication of the C4 NOI in the Federal Register. By this Public Notice, the Media Bureau announces that the C4 NOI was published in the Federal Register on July 12, 2018.C4 NOI, 83 Fed. Reg. 32255 (July 12, 2018). Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, August 13, 2018. Reply Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, September 10, 2018.
